Apprentices

Apprenticeships have always been the backbone of the building materials industry, allowing tradespeople and experts to pass on their skills and knowledge through on-the-job training. So we’re building on the best of this great tradition by encouraging apprenticeships for people who want to learn a new skill or trade while they work.

Apprenticeships are available in engineering, commercial departments such as customer operations, administration and finance.

Depending on where you join us and what you’re learning, apprenticeship schemes last between one and five years and will count towards a formal qualification.
